Creating spaces that buyers aspire to live in is all in the details. A beautifully-set table...fluffy white towels in the bathrooms...on-trend decor.....these elements work together to create spaces that resonate with buyers. A well-staged home increases the likelihood that buyers will form an emotional attachment to it because they're already imagining their family living there. Creating these spaces in your home begins with a consultation.
What to Expect
When we meet a client for the first time, we do a lot of listening. There are many reasons people decide to sell their home, and understanding each client's unique situation helps to guide our process.
As we tour the home, we take inventory of how the existing furnishings and accessories can best be used to accomplish our staging goals. With this information, we begin to formulate a plan for each room. We then walk through the home with the owner, going over all of our suggestions on what should be packed away, relocated, or potentially added to increase the space's 'wow-factor' to help it look its best.
If clients implement all of our suggestions, their home has a much better chance of selling quickly. The goal is to sell for top dollar in the least amount of time, so sellers aren't inconvenienced any longer than necessary.
Most clients choose to implement my recommendations themselves, but for those who don't want to, or simply don't have time, we offer to come back and give further assistance during a 'hands-on' staging day. Contact us for more information.
